Variable prices based on the season and the services offered, in summer you have access to the communal pool and sports facilities.
WASTE. In the municipality, there is a door-to-door waste collection system; you have containers available for recycling near the refrigerator. By using the digital key 6TOSCANA, which you can find in the drawer at the entrance, you can take the waste to the collection bins located on the condominium road near the service booth in front of the lake, using the bin opening card. Alternatively (for short stays), leave the waste in the internal collection area, and the cleaning lady will dispose of them properly.
In the Residence, there is free WiFi for 4 hours a day, remember not to enable automatic connection.
PETS ALLOWED. Domestic animals are allowed, but they must not be left free in the condominium courtyard.
OTHER NOTICES. It is not possible to hang laundry outside the windows or in common areas.
