Purpose of Processing The data provided by you will be used for the purpose and aim of formalizing a short-term tourist rental agreement. 2. Processing may also be carried out by third parties providing specific processing, administrative, or instrumental services necessary for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes. All data processing operations are carried out in a manner that ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data. 3. Provision of Data The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 1 is mandatory, and any refusal to grant permission will result in the non-completion of the tourist rental agreement. 4. Communication and Dissemination of Data The provided data may be communicated to the authorities as required by law. Their dissemination may be arranged to third parties according to the prevailing regulations in Italy. 5. Data Controller The data controller for personal data is the owner of the house that you are renting for your vacation. 6. Data Subject's Rights At any time, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, you may exercise the right to: a) request confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data; b) obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period; c) obtain the rectification and erasure of data; d) obtain the limitation of processing; e) obtain data portability, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance; f) object to processing at any time, including for direct marketing purposes; g) object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling. h) ask the data controller for access to personal data and rectification or erasure of the same, or restriction of processing concerning the data subject, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability; i) revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its revocation; j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
